Thermal Fuses

Yesterday I was foolish enough to descale our large commercial Bravilore coffee maker, which is normally in use for sixteen hours each day. Unfortunately it overheated and blew its thermal fuse, so my little job this evening is to replace the thermal fuse with one of the above, which I bought today. There are three different ratings in the picture above, so that I can find the nearest value at or below the one currently fitted.
