Bramble flower

Rubus fruticosus

Haven't been out at all today.  I picked this on the Green a couple of days ago and it's been sitting in water on the kitchen windowsill waiting to be blipped.  Seems incredibly late for it still to be flowering, but when I checked my fieldguide it says they can go on until November.  Very pretty when you look at them closely, so delicate and finely coloured, and they're of the rose family after all so worth a shot, don't you think?

Nothing else to report.  I've spent most of the day sleeping.
