The Waters That Made Us

..... is the name of a temporary lighting installation in Harrogate celebrating the 450th anniversary of the discovery of the spring waters in the town.
The piece is composed entirely of water sounds, animated coloured lighting and artificial fog. It is supposed to create an atmosphere of 'dark and forgotten spaces'. Set in one of the most historic areas of town, it did feel quite atmospheric.



I managed to get a shot without people in the way - always a blipper's nightmare.
