Yep, he's eating a pine cone. I'm not sure he likes it, particularly, but he is ever the persevering kind and goes back for more just to be sure. Baby led weaning at it's finest!

We went to a Home ed meet today and met quite a few other families at different points in their HE journeys. It was a great experience and makes me very excited about the future! Chickpea was a bit shy and didn't really talk to many other children but seemed to have fun watching (especially the older children doing trick jumps on their scooters) and scooting around the place.
