Flower Friday

These are a carnation of some variety, There was only one bunch of them and I was fascinated by their color and shape.  Back to summer as we hit 80+ today, but another cool front coming.  No rain though.

Usually I give Myles a bath in the tub and it's always traumatic for him as I guess he doesn't trust me.  Actually I've heard that down south (he's from Arkansas) they use water and hoses for training.  The bathtub here in the apartment is very deep and the shower head is not removable so we sent to Splish Splash today and for $10 we got a tub with a ramp up to it, coconut shampoo and blueberry face wash as well as ear cleaner and cotton pads, facecloth, towels. We were in and out in 20 minutes and he feels so soft and looks so shiny.  He may have to feature in a photo shoot soon.
