Cholla

A nest built in the cholla plant is always interesting and some are actually covered over to protect the babies from the heat.   These barbs will give you some real pain and they are hard to get rid of.      A nice day and a few chores accomplished.   Our son in law made Beef on  Weck(Kummelweck bun) which we always eat when we go home to Buffalo, NY where Joe was born and raised.   They do indeed have some great food there and we look forward to our SIL making it for us every time we come for a visit!
  My neck is getting better but I can't be at the computer long before my neck starts getting aggravated.   
  I so appreciate each of you who come by!    The McKenzie exercises did help, but might have overdone it today.  But still doing better.
