Autumn morning.

Beautiful start to the day as we looked out of the window to see the sun shining through the autumn leaves of the beech tree.

MrC’s birthday and we have already had visits from family and friends bringing cards and presents.

We will be celebrating next week when we go and stay at the caravan for a few days.
However I am cooking one of his favourite meals tonight.
Fish pie, followed by pear and mincemeat flan.
A bottle of white burgundy already chilling in the fridge.
