Plum Pie

I was thinking of going for a ramble to find a Blip for today. But before I went out I remembered to take some plums out of the freezer to try in a bread and butter pudding tomorrow - dont know whether that's a good idea or not.

As I was tipping them out of the bag I was struck by the icy bloom on the skins. So I did a focus stacked merge of three images (don't know whether that has made much difference to just using a single image but it's all in the cause of learning the camera settings). 

And I can see all the things wrong with it compared to some of the beautiful still lives that other Blippers post.
