Mosaic

This mosaic is on the floor of the entrance hall of Brentford library, which has had a really good refurbishment over the last two years. The three seaxes (apparently) are the emblem of Brentford Urban District Council which existed from 1894 - 1927. The library was built with money from Andrew Carnegie in 1903. Hopefully the library has a new life now.
