I worked from home. 
I had a walk in the park.
I went to the GP surgery. He's referred me to radiology for a chest x-ray. He doesn't think there is anything wrong having listened to my lungs but better safe than sorry. I also made my appointment for the flu shot later this week.
Much later I got a message from my colleague with a cold I was with yesterday. Even though the did a LFT before work to check it was not covid (negative result), she had since tested positive for covid. 
Great.
I'll LFT now each day for the next 5 days. A good thing we both wore masks. I have zero idea why the government won't instigate a mask mandate.
