Y2K Ready?

We will never know if all that fuss about being ready for Y2K was a fuss about nothing, or the occasion passed without incident because we were so on it like a bonnet.

This was brought to mind because the Xscape Building will be 21 years old next weekend.

Of course it only seems like yesterday blah blah blah. The Slug is a huge lump of a building that can be seen from across the city.

It was at one point managed by PY Gerbeau. He of the Millennium Dome. That was a good visit. The philistine in me was bored silly by the Cirque Du Soleil.

I digress. The Xscape is 21 next weekend and I hope there’s cake.
