Sad times.

Funny how I know the roads like the back of my hand. I could drive them with my eyes closed. We popped into town to get some errands done.
I was saddened to see this shop is closing. 43 years she has been at it and I had to admit I have probably been going in around 37 of those. Sad times. We used to get all manner of gifts and calendars from there. It will be another tradition gone and sadly missed.
We went for lunch and did a little walk round. Mush money was spent in the toy shop. Home to dinner and an open fire and long chats with mum and dad. I’ve really missed that.
