Pumpkin - Before and After

Today Mrs B took LMB to a pumpkin patch for a pumpkin-carving workshop. Mr PP went along, too. (Having been up very early, and having not slept well, I missed the outing as I took the opportunity to rest.)

They started by choosing their pumpkin and drawing a face on it. With great confidence, LMB drew two round eyes and a mouth. Prompted, she added a nose. Then, unprompted, hair. Remarkably good drawing for a child of not yet 2-and-a-quarter, I'd say!

Grown-ups did the cutting at the workshop, and the adding of a tealight at home tonight. All a little early for hallowe'en, but good fun.
