You can never have too many trees. So, today we picked up and planted two trees courtesy of the district's Urban Tree Canopy project, looking for more diversity and undergrowth for the big conifers we have on our yard. Hard to believe this tiny western dogwood matures up to 20 m high. And yes, that is still undergrowth.
