Contract signed

Today we had a meeting at the realestate office. The new owners and we signed the documents. What a relief! A nice couple in their thirties has bought it and they were full of courage, just like I was at that age. I suddenly felt a little old ;)
He is a heavy metal musician, which seems so contrasting to Nylandet, but he gave a very good impression.
We have had four nice years there, but even though it is a relief with the sale, it's feels a bit sad too.
