Rooftops and windows

Another cold day but blue sky on the way home from work so that's an improvement. Walked down Candlemakers Row (what a brilliant name for a street , straight out of a nursery rhyme or story) and into Grassmarket. Stopped off at Bees cafe bar but it was full (of young people) which was slightly disappointing as I've been going there the last few weeks and its been quite peaceful. So didn't stop but headed off to the Novotel - not a regular haunt but good for a change.
