Pumpkin Fest!

Joined Corinthian for a scenic bus ride over the tops to Hebden Bridge to have a look round the Pumpkin Festival. A topical theme as the pumpkins were illustrating climate change and promoting changes which can help the environment.  Good fun with a serious message.  I think my favourite was the “Eat local(s)” with the vegetables running away - reminded me of one of our long-standing panto jokes.  Always good to have a look around lovely Hebden Bridge with the canal, lovely buildings and lots of cafe culture.  A nice outing, but we were pretty chilly by the time we reached home despite the weather staying dry for us!
