Damaged tree

This huge fir tree in our neighbour's garden is my pet hate as it blocks so much sunlight from our garden.   Last week's winds have attacked a large branch and split it in two so that it is hanging over our patio.   The tree surgeons are coming tomorrow - sadly they will of course only remove the branch and not the whole tree!
