Flopsy, cake & candles

Flopsy's birthday today and I made a disastrous orange & coconut cake that had the consistency of a Yorkshire pudding crossed with a suet dumpling and nearly broke the plate it was so heavy, the mistake of mixing up two recipes .
Ah well a bit of custard and we'll call it pudding.
