A good day today ,  A beautiful red sky first thing then flue jab at 10 AM, then off to watch our Uni American football team in training. Home for a spot of lunch, then off to the rugby :-) a collage in the extras 
Lincoln ladies XV winning against their stiffest opposition this season .
Only down side 2 of our ladies had a clash of heads towards the end of the game, which sounded across the pitch !! pleased so say after some treatment both recovered , suspect they both have to have concussion checks !
