it was a very early start today for a skype date.
a great way to start the day if you ask me!

followed by an intense 'pump and tone' session at the local gym....hannah, you would have been very proud! i pushed thru the pain and it was a good feeling after, just painful whilst doing it! im sure i will feel it in the morning!

i was with mum a lot today...helping her do the shopping and do errends. its a busy life! there is lots to get done that people will never know about unless your with her all day...hats off to all you mums out there!

this afternoon i witnessed the sun coming out!!!! and i saw a touch of blue sky too!! this was the view out of the window when i was helping make dinner.
made me think of this song...

beautiful.

a quiet evening with Biggles (the oldie in the middle) and the parents, awaiting the arrival of my oldest brother :)
