Marylee fell part way down our staircase, hitting her head on the landing.  A call to 911 summoned a Northampton police ambulance, which took her to Baystate hospital in Springfield.  Other than a very sore top of her head and a bad headache, she is doing satisfactorily; there is no brain damage.
