Lovely Drive Out Yesterday

But when i come home
Especially when i wake in the morning [like now]all the tension hits again
Is the angina going to play up ?[it did yesterday]
Will something happen and i end up back in hospital ?
It all seems to crowd me and i feel so afraid 
This isn't me
Whats happening to me ?
