The Optohedron

There are a number of benches commissioned for and placed on the Surrey Hills. I’ve found a few, but this one near Newlands Corner eluded me. So today I tried once again, and once again almost missed it … Google maps was not giving the right walking directions, and my basic OS map didn’t even have it!

Eventually,  I found directions telling me to walk along the North Downs Way and after about 5mins there it was. So it just had to be my image of the day.
