Recycling rock(s)

The mitigation work continues at the Rest & Be Thankful, which isn't instead of a new road, but rather to make sure that access is maintained whilst a new road is planned and built - something that is essential and to which there is a cast iron commitment. 

That mitigation includes digging out deep catch pits out of the rock, which results in a great deal of rubble .  Some  of it is being used to build drainage run offs further along the A83 in Glen Kinglas , where there have also been smaller slips over the years.
