Spot the birdie...

...if you can!  This Shore Lark is so brilliantly disguised against the shingle beach. I didn't see it at all, it was A who spotted it during our circular walk from the Norfolk Wildlife Trust visitor centre at Cley this morning.

Apologies for the very poor quality photo but it was some distance away.
A passing birdwatcher told us that there were also some snow buntings around, although we didn't see any of those.

It was a beautiful morning, sunny, although there was a cool breeze. But warm enough to sit on the beach looking out to sea and enjoy our coffee break...fab.
