Back to the Palace

A return trip to Eltham Palace. A quick whizz around, with quite a few family groups (half term?). Thoroughly recommend a visit.
My local physiotherapist popped round earlier. We went for a walk and she gave some advice to support the exercise plan from the gym. All very helpful.
