Commonwealth Games

Fellow Blipper W and I entered the ballot for tickets to the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham next year. Today we received notification that we'd been successful for the Athletics. Woo hoo. Sadly we didn't get tickets for our other choice - Diving. Never mind, we can apply next year for any returned tickets, or maybe for a different event. 
Fortunately we provisionally booked some reasonably priced accommodation a while back - in anticipation. It's a good job we did as it was becoming scarce.
