Gold and black Palace

Another night blip while walking on the Pest side of the Danube, this time going to show Ben the Shoes on the Danube today has been all about the history of the city, the shoes just being part of it.
This is a closer look at the Palace, it really is beautifully lit as all the other landmarks are here (I'm sure you've noticed) it was part of out history tour because of it's importance during the siege of Budapest.

No snow today but it's been replaced by a biting wind. The boat ride was good but photography difficult as we bounced and rocked up the Danube, great laugh though :-)
