Ignore the mess!

Ben was sent round to ours today, should have been back at school but after his scout camp at the weekend seems to have picked up a bug. Sore throat, sore lips, coughing - far worse than when he had Covid had nothing then!

Went to the Physio for my back issues today and got some exercises to do twice a day (must do them). Had acupuncture then some hot whatever it was running over oil. It was a new machine Lisa had and it certainly helped the tight muscles.
