Sunny Bank Holiday

When I had a dip earlier there was 17 other people in the water at The Dock beach. Nowadays there is always a steady stream of swimmers. So nice to see. Gone are the days Mowgli and I would have the place to ourselves.
The van is cleared out for the season. I’ll be taking it to Leitrim in a few weeks for some essential repairs, nothing major, just old age.
Cat sitting may have been the wrong word to use. I am just feeding it in its own home and letting it in and out a few times during the day. Ok, there may be a bit of petting too, but not too much.
