Red Bor

People are creative. I came across this spot in Amsterdam, at the corner of 2 streets. It used to be a boring green strip, only used to walk the dogs. But the residents of the streets decided to do something else with it. They turned it over to allotments.
One of the things they grow there is this beautiful Red Bor, Brassica oleracea var. acephala 'Red Bor'. It really brightens up the grey ground.
And yes, you can eat Red Bor. It has the same taste as the traditional Kale.
