A nest of fungi

I have spent almost all today beginning to the process of updating the organisation of my study. The intention is to replace my very large 'office' desk with a smaller table/desk and get rid of at least one of the bookcases. Today has been spent reducing the number of books I have by a half (at least) and making better use of other storage space. Slow work but I think progress has been made, although there are now a number of heavy bags to be taken to charity shops.
Apologies for using an image I took if Norfolk of fungi. Should one garden to remove intruding vegetation? I prefer to leave as I find.
