Lime Street

We have just been to the Empire theatre in Liverpool to see Derren Brown. It was a really good show. I am a sceptic and don't really buy the on stage explanations, but he is truly a master at what he does and a very good performer.

On the way to the Empire we walk past Lime street station - its a quite iconic (well, if you've been around Liverpool anyway). Opened in 1836 it was one of the first true public railways.
