Tuesday

This morning I walked with two friends, one of which is up for a week from down south as it's their half term. We walked along the walkway and by the Water of Leith where we spotted the Heron.

While out I got a call from the course leader saying the anxiety course this afternoon was being cancelled as one if the participants has Covid. She asked if I could get a test just to be on the safe side.
Was quite glad of the cancellation because of my stomach. Speaking to the Dr on Thursday so will mention it.
