One of these long lunch Mondays.

In truth, it started off as a plan to meet a friend for coffee at a local garden centre. Well, you know how these things pan out - coffee morphed into lunch and we left the garden centre fuller in the stomachs and emptier in the pockets.

I decided to try and walk off some of this excess by driving the short distance to Polmont Woods and having a meander around there. Photographs were taken.

In the evening it was another drive, this time over to Paisley for the induction of our former minister into her new church. Managed to get lost amidst a selection of road closures in the town, but managed to get to the church almost in time. A much simpler drive home, though.
