Spring is in the air

Spring is finally here!

Absolutely love the cherry blossoms in Vancouver. The entire city is studded with different shades of white and pink, which breaks the dreary grey and brown winter scenery. It's spectacular on a windy day - the petals dance around in the air, slowly circling and falling from the sky, just like snowflakes. It's too bad that these blossoms will only last till the next rain shower.

But if the signs of spring don't give way, how will there be room for the greens of summer?
