An afternoon chuckling at the antics of Rumpole of the Bailey played so brilliantly by Leo McKern so cleverly written by the late great John Mortimer.
Needed to relax after early morning nurse appointment catching up with all the missed tests at the surgery. This was followed by a long session with my favourite optician who earns her living playing the fun games with letters dots lines colours and flashing lights after squirting liquid into my old eyes. Passed the exam so no change was the reward.Just recovered from the blurring and headache to enjoy the reward of Rumpole box set already seen many times but never boring
