This house with large windows, in an elevated position overlooking the bay, has an unconventional shape designed by the Orcadian artist Stanley Cursiter in the 1960s.  The design gives both the kitchen and living room views (left) into the harbour and (right) right to the far side of Scapa Flow  ..  on a clear day  ..  with binoculars. :o))
