The Birds

Another long day at the screen (and more screen time this evening for me, Chris, a camera club committee meeting). It's looked grey and pretty miserable all day so not very inspiring. However, late afternoon I stepped outside for a few minutes as I could hear an aeroplane seemingly circulating the house. It was definitely practicing some sort of maneuvers going around us several times. Too dull and far away for a photo, eventually it disappeared to be replaced by a circling flock of some sort of birds, directly above the house. Worth a photo I thought, some of the birds look like they are flying around in pairs, they seemed to randomly circle for a couple of minutes (much like the plane) before setting off as a ramshackle group vaguely together. A noisy photo, not particularly crisp either but quite good fun to capture all the same.
