Results confirmed - I am COVID positive and Ellen is negative.  So I stay at home until Tuesday while Ellen can cautiously go about her business.  Track and Trace was on my case with advice and taking details of contacts - thankfully, there were precious few.  Still a bit groggy today but at least it is not getting any worse.
I ventured outside for a blip.  Fresh air was good.
