In a bit of a pickle....

On Monday, I bought for £1 acquired 2 kilos of green tomatoes from my castle in Fife, and today I turned them into 7 jars of chutney.

One on hand I'm delighted that I've become a domestic goddess, and on the other I'm horrifed that preserving fruit is now my idea of fun!!!
