Hanging

One of those damp dark days with so much cloud cover that it hardly seems to get light. Warm, though - far too warm for the end of October.

Hardly set foot outdoors all day, except to cross the 'yard to go in to the workshop for some exercise on the bike. Plenty of little indoor jobs to keep me occupied, and also continued clearing out the wardrobe. First task tomorrow will be to find out if any of the local charities can make use of some old bedding and throws that we no longer need.

For today's Blip the newly acquired hanging planter, with the string-of-hearts plant. It's positioned opposite a skylight in the hope that it will provide enough natural light for the plant to thrive.
