And Then There Were Four...
A bit of a mish-mash of a day - it was hard to pick a photo that said it all.. turned out there wasn't one; so what you see is the best I could do with what I had....It was a full day - lots of the mundane, but some highlights too...but even then, not always a good blip-op.
The day started with a haircut which was fun as the salon had just switched to a new computer system that no-one knew how to operate, so my hairdresser was constantly being called away to solve problems with it..but despite all the interruptions, she did a great job with the haircut! Victoria scissor-hands! She is quite the talented lady...
When I was finally done with the hair thing, I rushed off to the market to buy up every loaf of " Green Olive & Chipotle Batard" sourdough bread that my favourite vendor had left. It was the last day of the market for the season and I have a big freezer, so I wanted to stock up! Luckily I got there in time - she still had 4 left.
Then as it was an absolutely wonderful warm and sunny autumn day, and yard waste pick-up is tomorrow morning, I had to devote part of the afternoon to garden clean-up..I had missed working out there for the last couple of days because of the rain, wind and cold, so there was lots to do.. I already had two bags ready, and this afternoon, I managed to fill another two ..so hence the blip..boring as it might be.
And now? relaxing with a decaf coffee and my novel...and oh yes, my cat.
