London Eye

I was in London yesterday for a meeting and then met my daughter to go to see the new Bond film. It was the first time I had seen a Bond film at the cinema in years and the first and, it turns out, the last starring Daniel Craig as 007. It was as preposterous as ever with a plot that became over-convulated but some of the scenery was spectacular. I found the Proustian reference in the name of Bond's love interest - Madeleine Swann - intriguing. Anyway we walked back to Waterloo from the cinema in Victoria Street pausing to take these photos of the London Eye which I assume has featured in a previous Bond film.
