Blue Wheelie-Bin

It rained heavily again today - 27.2 mm (over an inch).  Even more rain is forecast for tomorrow - what can a Blipper do?

I tried a visit to Lochore Meadows but my best images once again were through the car's wet windows. Here is a blue wheelie-bin that has been emptied but remained on the street.
