sold

so, i bought a flat! my very first home!! when i walked past it on the way to work and saw the 'sold' sign, i had the biggest grin!

i have completely and utterly fallen for it. i really wasn't looking to buy anywhere for a little while, until i was settled into my job. but, i viewed this place and it is so entirely perfect that i couldn't NOT buy it.

so.....it's a few feet from my office so i have the most perfect commute in the world. it's a listed building, full of beautiful tudor character. plenty of solid oak floors and beams. but it has just been beautifully renovated so it feels new and lovely and just perfect and wonderful.

it's tiny. very, very tiny. but what it lacks in space, it makes up for in charm!
