Boggart

Ties have been going out of fashion and use amongst office workers for years, they don’t look “cool” and can feel restricting.

Meanwhile in recent months the boggarts have started wearing ties, looking very “ sporty”.

Pulled my back before going for a short walk, no idea how. It’s an age thing. Which is how I came to forget to blip on the day, too focussed on moving around. But moving around might help now.
