Good morning!

Some beautiful sunrises greeting us from our kitchen/dining/living area at the moment. A sporty day in the sunshine for us today. I played tennis and went for a run. R walked (he walks fast!) 'a marathon' along the coast/cliffs - quite an achievement for him and a glorious, day to do it. I really enjoyed a visit to the farm shop- beautiful fresh produce so enticing - see extra.
