Leaping heart

My heart leaps up when I behold
A rainbow in the sky:
So was it when my life began;
So is it now I am a man;
So be it when I shall grow old,
Or let me die!
The Child is father of the Man;
I could wish my days to be
Bound each to each by natural piety.
William Wordsworth
Plenty of leaping heart not so sure about the piety.

Well that's odd, I though I had somehow managed to lose all these photos from a recent walk and then, as I was clearing out unwanted pix, suddenly found them! A soggy and exhilarating walk up by the stone circle then over moorland. We saw the weather approaching from the west but were rewarded with this double beauty - and we didn't even get too wet.
